7th Annual Banna 10k and 5K road races on two very scenic routes takes place on Sunday 31st July at 9.30 am and organised by St Brendan's Athletic Club, Ardfert. Please note that athletes must be over 18 years of age to compete in the 10K . Also Walkers in the 10K route will start at 9 am
The 7th annual Banna 10K Road Race & 5K Fun Run takes place on Sunday 31st July at 9.30am, promoted by St Brendan’s Athletic Club, Ardfert. This year the organisers have once again put together two great events, the 10K and the 5K. Both events will be chip timed by Premier Timing Systems and each finisher will also receive a medal. There will be Goody Bags for the 10K participants and the 10K is open to everyone over 18 years of age, as per the Athletic Ireland race Permit. There will be water stations at the 5K and 7k marks for the 10k event while there will also be a water station at halfway for the 5k participants. The Presentation of Prizes will take place at 11 am approx. Please note that athletes must be over 18 years of age to compete in the 10K . Also Walkers in the 10K route will start at 9:00am
